Bio: As the son of a long line of tombkeepers, Malik's fate was decided for him from birth. Raised in the darkness in complete isolation from the modern world, Malik dreaded his approaching tenth birthday. For on that day, he would face a pain that no one, much less a child, should have to deal with.

On his tenth birthday, no matter how much he and Rishid begged, Malik's father forced him to undergo the tombkeepers' ritual, in which the hieroglyphs of the Pharaoh's memory were carved into his back. Malik was so traumatized by the pain that his personality split. One half was his true self; the other was the manifestation of all his pain and rage.

After begging Isis and Rishid to help him, Malik was able to experience life above ground for the first time, though only for a day. He took a picture of a motorcycle back to the tombs with him, hoping to someday have his own motorcycle and ride it far and wide. However, when he and Isis returned, they discovered that their escape had been found out, and Rishid was paying the price for helping them, at the hands of their abusive father.

Upon seeing Rishid being beaten, Malik snapped, grabbed a hold of the Millennium Rod and dealt justice to his father. The Rod gave form to Malik's alter personality, which possessed him, and caused him to do the unspeakable to his own father.

Since that time, Malik has wielded the Millennium Rod, and sought vengeance on the Pharaoh, whom he blames for what happened to his father.

Personality: Driven by his desire for revenge, both for his clan being consigned to the darkness, and for himself, for being carved like a Christmas goose, and his father's murder, Malik thinks nothing of brainwashing people with the Rod, forcing them to do his bidding, or even engaging in life and death games.

When he isn't messing up people's minds, Malik enjoys riding his motorcycle. The only person Malik lets close to him is Rishid, whom he has known since childhood.

Thoughts: Malik is a selfish, whiny, spoiled brat who doesn't think through his actions and gets a lot of innocent people hurt and caught up in his machinations. And that's just when he's a kid. He's even worse in his teens.
