Favorite Duel Monsters Cards: Harpie Ladies, Harpy's Pet Dragon, Amazoness.
Bio: Orphaned at a young age, Mai spent a decade as a game host on casino ships. As she interacted with all the greedy clients, she became jaded until she got to the point where she refused to trust anyone. She remained this way until she met Jounouchi and Yugi on the ship to Duelist Kingdom.
Personality: Initially closed off and wary of trusting people, Mai slowly comes around through her interactions with Jounouchi, Yugi, Anzu, and the others. Strong willed, she's one of the few people who isn't afraid to tell Yami Yugi off when she thinks his head is too big for his shoulders. I think she's one of the few people that Yami Yugi actually respects.
Thoughts: I love this lady and found it a damn shame that she was written out of the story after Battle City, never to be heard from again. After what she went through in BC, she deserved to be present for the Ceremonial Duel. It's also a shame she wasn't even mentioned in DSoD.
